Macbeth vs. Sheep

I just spent the last half hour reading my old posts. I wrote longer ones before.. I would like to be able to sit down and write at leisure again. I would also like to sleep earlier. Over the past six months I've noticed that it's been taking longer for me to fall asleep. Hence this post at 2.30 in the morning, not really full of sound and fury, signifying nothing, but it beats counting sheep.
