It is Friday the 13th. How lucky were you today? Almost 10 pm—I stayed late to finish up some work, as I will be away for a few days (no I am not going on holiday). Very early tomorrow, Saturday, I will be back for more work. I grumpily typed up a to-do list that I am hoping to completely tick-off by the early afternoon. Then, I will go home, quietly pack my clothes and gear, and see if there is enough space to stuff my own head in my carry-on bag.

Human voices woke me today, and I drowned.
